    By the day before check-in, register all guests on the dedicated page sent by email. Guests without Japanese nationality must upload a passport image (Hotel Business Act).

    Receive check-in guide

    The day before arrival, we send a guest-only guide with entry instructions (such as the door code).

    Self check-in from 16:00

    There is no front desk — go straight in when you arrive.

    Check-out by 10:00

    Please tell us your check-out time by 20:00 the day before. Close the windows, switch off the air conditioner and lights, and lock up when you leave.

  • At least one guest must be 18 or older. Minors-only groups need a parental consent form.
  • Daily essentials are provided, but please bring your own pyjamas.

House Rules

  1. No shoes indoors. Please do not go outside wearing the indoor slippers.
  2. Smoking is prohibited everywhere, including balconies (¥50,000 penalty).
  3. Only registered guests may stay. Unregistered or extra guests are charged ¥15,000 per person per night.
  4. This is a residential area. Noise that disturbs neighbours — loud voices, music, or commotion outdoors — is prohibited. Please be especially quiet from 21:00 to 7:00. Parties are not allowed.
  5. Pets are not allowed.
  6. Guests without Japanese nationality must register passport details before check-in.
  7. When going out, close windows and doors and switch off the air conditioner and lights. Keep windows closed while using the air conditioner.
  8. Electrical capacity is limited (60A for the house, 15A per outlet). Avoid using several high-power appliances at once.
  9. Please separate garbage into burnable, non-burnable, and cans/bottles/PET bottles. Large items such as suitcases must be disposed of for a fee, so please leave ¥2,000 in cash to cover the cost.
  10. Please treat furniture, appliances and bedding with care, and tell us promptly about any damage (compensation may apply).
  11. Towels and linens are provided in a fixed quantity and cannot be replaced or added. Please use the washing machine if needed.
  12. Minors cannot stay without a parent or guardian’s consent.
  13. The property may not be used for business purposes or commercial filming without permission.

We may decline or end a stay if these rules are not followed. Full details are provided after booking.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

It may be possible depending on cleaning and other bookings. Please ask in advance (up to 3 hours: 30% of the room rate, up to 6 hours: 50%, over 6 hours: full rate).

Is there parking?

There is no on-site parking. Paid parking is available 2 minutes away on foot.

Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?

Yes, supermarkets and convenience stores are within a 3-minute walk.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, with detergent. Clothes can be dried on the 3F rooftop balcony. A laundromat is also 3 minutes away on foot.

What is available in the kitchen?

Gas stove, rice cooker, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, cookware and tableware.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, with a desk and chair for work.

Is cleaning provided during the stay?

Cleaning and sanitizing are done after check-out. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies are provided. Mid-stay cleaning is available for a fee.

Is there a child rate?
