2. Directions from the station & airports
Walking directions from Ohanajaya Station (approx. 8 min)
1Arrive at Ohanajaya Station.
2Exit the ticket gate and take the North Exit (elevator available).
3After the elevator, turn left and enter the shopping street 20 m ahead.
4Go straight along the Promenade Ohanajaya shopping street.
5Keep going straight through the traffic-light crossing.
6Continue past the Chinese restaurant “Fukuya” on your left.
7Turn right at the T-junction.
8After about 50 m, turn left at the barbershop to arrive.

3. How to check in
(1) Register guests & passports by the day before check-in
Under the Hotel Business Act, guests who do not have an address in Japan are required to provide their nationality and passport number and present their passport for verification. By the day before check-in, please register all guests and upload passport images via the dedicated page we send after booking (by email for official bookings, by OTA message for OTA bookings).
Personal data is managed properly and never shared with third parties except as required by law.
At least one guest must be 18 or older. Minors-only groups need a parental consent form and may be declined.
(2) Open the door with your code
Your door code is sent on the day of check-in. It is self check-in — there is no front desk.
Unlocking
- Enter the door code on the keypad.
- Press the "unlock" button at the bottom right.
- Wait about 3 seconds without touching the door until the unlocking sound stops, then open the door.
Please note
- Check the code and enter it carefully. After 3 wrong attempts the keypad is disabled for a while.
- Only move the door after the lock sound has stopped.
Locking
- Press the "lock" button at the bottom left of the keypad.
- Do not touch the door until the locking sound stops.
- Make sure the door is closed and locked.

Please refrain from talking for a long time or smoking in the lane in front of the entrance.
3Using the air conditioners
Every room has an air conditioner. However, air conditioners draw a large current when they start, so switching on several within a short time may exceed the house's electrical limit. If that happens, the power cuts out automatically for about 10 seconds; if usage does not improve, TEPCO will cut the power and it may take a long time to restore. Please note the following.
- Keep room doors and windows closed while the air conditioner is on to avoid wasting power. Please use electricity and water sensibly.
- Start no more than 3 air conditioners at once. Wait about 20 minutes before switching on any more.
All daily essentials are provided, so even long stays are comfortable. Please bring your own pyjamas (also sold at airports).
Enjoy living like a local. Please read the notices inside the house and the house rules.
A baby cot needs to be assembled, so please let us know in advance if you need one.

5. Check-out

- To schedule cleaning, please tell us your check-out time by 20:00 the day before.
- Close the windows, switch off the air conditioner and lights, sort the garbage, then lock the door when you leave.
